Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming requests for web analytics
• Review, validate, and process user setup requests in Angelfish
• Provide and manage reporting and user access in Adobe Analytics based on approved requests
• Ensure all requests are completed within the defined 24-hour SLA
• Communicate clearly with requesters to confirm details, resolve issues, or provide status updates
• Follow documented processes, access controls, and compliance guidelines
• Troubleshoot basic access or configuration issues using logical problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate records of completed requests and updates in tracking systems or tools
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in engineering or equivalent degree in computers
• Fundamental understanding of logic and basic coding concepts (e.g., variables, conditions, simple scripts or queries)
• - Proven basic communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven basic problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to understand and follow processes and SLAs
• Proven willingness to learn tools such as Angelfish and Adobe Analytics
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a support, operations, or access management role
• Exposure to reporting tools, analytics platforms, or user access management
• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or similar logic-based tools
