Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer for Intelligent Solutions Group Urbandale located in Urbandale, IA, you will:• Design, develop, test, and integrate highly complex features including UI components and backend services/APIs across the Licenses Management platform.• Participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.• Collaborate with other Licensing scrum teams to help drive alignment and understanding of requirements and dependencies.• Support strong engineering practices-code reviews, automation, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding.• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and scalability

What Skills You Need• Hands-on experience building UI applications and REST APIs using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js• Experience with TDD, Refactoring, Pair Programming, CI/CD• Experience working in Agile software delivery environments• Experience with Dev Ops tools and technologies like GitHub Actions, Datadog.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What Makes You Stand Out• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the tech stack.• Experience working with cross functional teams• Experience with AWS services• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot)
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Science or Technology related discipline
