Role Overview:

• Develop and maintain automation processes for ingestion of intelligence data, quality assurance, and regular delivery

• Establish a continuous quality assessment of both external and internal intelligence feeds and collaboration with 3rd party vendors

• Develop metrics that demonstrate the success of our solution and identify areas that need improvement

• As a Subject Matter Expert on automated content classification, you support the Product Management- and Tech Supportteams in individual customer engagements

• Implement customer feedback and change requests into the overall classification stack
  Collaborate with all relevant internal resources to establish a coherent content assessment across the On-Premise and Cloud product portfolio

• Identify valuable external feeds to enrich Skyhigh Security’s data set to up-level customers’ ability to design their security and compliance policy

• Develop customer specific categorization schemes and work with Engineering on the implementation throughout the product portfolio

Skills

• Python Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Python is required, specifically using libraries for web requests, data parsing, and API integration. Knowledge of Perl will be a plus

• Web Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of how the web works (HTTP, DNS, WHOIS, DOM structure, SSL/TLS certificates).

• Threat Intelligence Experience: Familiarity with common threat feeds (e.g., VirusTotal, Cisco Umbrella, AlienVault) is a plus.

• Communication: A customer-oriented interest to work with Tech Support, customers and vendors to identify categorization disputes, and provide options to solve them. Also establish common grounds on quality expectations with our vendors.

• Networking: Ability to build relationships with external data providers.

• Autonomy: You will be responsible for "establishing" the network, meaning you need a self-starter attitude to research and implement the best tools for the job.
