We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and working knowledge of React.js on the frontend. The role will involve approximately 70% backend development and 30% frontend work.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 

You will:
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
     

  • Build and enhance frontend components using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems
     

  • Develop and maintain microservices architecture with a focus on reliability and performance
     

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features
     

  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following best practices and design principles
     

  • Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards
     

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack
     

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
     

Your team will: 
 

You’ll join a collaborative, high-impact engineering team solving complex challenges around data collaboration, identity resolution, privacy-first architecture, and large-scale distributed systems. The team values clean design, scalability, ownership, and thoughtful problem-solving.
 

About you: 
  • 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
     

  • Strong proficiency in Java or Go, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
     

  • Experience with frontend technologies, particularly React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
     

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
     

  • Proficiency with databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
     

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
     

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab) and CI/CD tools.
     

  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
     

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
     

  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
     

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $102,000 to $159,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
