What you'll Be Doing: Vagaro is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our engineering development team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences through innovative and engaging web applications.
*This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*
Compensation
- Base Annual Salary: $123,000 - $150,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
Your Impact:
- Develop and maintain user-centric front-end applications using React, HTML5, and CSS.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
- Refactor, debug, and improve existing codebases.
What you Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3+ years of overall software development experience, including 1+ year working with React.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- C# and .NET development experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
