T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the T&L segment, directly improving high-availability web services and applications that power global logistics. You will have the unique opportunity to work with an Agile team where your bias for action and curiosity to learn new skills will directly shape the next generation of navigation technology.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement world-class web services and applications that support the global movement of freight.

  • Innovate and Experiment by offering new ideas and iterating quickly to enhance existing product features.

  • Spearhead Automation across integration testing and build/deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality, iterative delivery.

  • Collaborate and Solve complex problems using advanced data structures and algorithms within an Agile environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Coding Excellence: 2+ years of professional experience with a strong foundation in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

  • Technical Problem Solving: Deep understanding of object-oriented concepts, REST Web Services, SOLID principles, and complex data structures.

  • Cloud Fluency: Practical experience working with AWS or similar public cloud platforms and services.

  • Academic Foundation: BS in Computer Science or a related technical degree.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience automating "everything in sight," including CI/CD pipelines.

  • A history of attempting difficult technical challenges and learning from the outcomes.

  • Specific experience with high-availability web service architecture.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
