- tt-metalの開発、ttnn / tt-transformersへのDNNモデル実装
- DNNモデルのパフォーマンス解析および最適化
- DNNモデルの精度改善
必須スキル・経験（Requirements）
- 最新のMLモデルを新しいハードウェアプラットフォーム上で立ち上げた経験
- 性能ボトルネックの分析、アーキテクチャの微調整、モデルの精度・堅牢性向上のスキル
- DNNモデル最適化手法（例：量子化, Sparsity, Attention最適化）の理解と実装経験
- Matrix/SIMD 計算エンジン、メモリキャッシュなどのハードウェア特性への理解
- 最新のML研究動向を把握し、実用的な改善へ落とし込む能力
- 英語での開発チームとの円滑なコミュニケーションスキル
歓迎スキル（Nice to Have）
- NVIDIA GPU（H100, A100等）、AMD Instinct、Habana GaudiなどのAIハードウェア利用経験
- 大規模AIワークロードのチューニング・最適化経験
- DNNモデルのプロファイリングおよび最適化経験、C++でのパフォーマンスチューニング経験
- HPCクラスタや分散処理（MPI, NCCL等）の知識
