Software Engineer

We’re looking for a software engineer who enjoys building user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and thoughtfully designed. This role focuses primarily on frontend development, but you’ll also be involved in backend tasks when needed. We work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create tools that are useful and easy to use. We believe in writing code that’s understandable, maintainable, and built with care. We value open communication, shared learning, and a willingness to improve how we work together.

• Build and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern web development tools, ensuring that the user experience is smooth and consistent across devices.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate design concepts into working features that are both functional and visually clear.
• Connect frontend components to backend services, handling data flow and state management in a way that keeps the interface responsive and reliable.
• Write code that is modular, well-documented, and easy for others to read and build upon.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and planning sessions to help shape the direction of our frontend architecture.
• Occasionally support backend development tasks, especially when frontend features require changes to APIs or data models.
• Help improve performance, accessibility, and usability across the application.
• Work with teammates to integrate AI-powered features into the frontend.
• Use APIs from AI services.
• We take time to understand the problem before jumping into a solution, and we encourage everyone to ask questions and share ideas.

• 2–5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• Solid experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and a good understanding of how to structure and organize frontend code.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js, including server-side rendering and routing.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, and how they connect to frontend systems.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and using Git for version control.
• Basic experience consuming AI APIs or SDKs in frontend applications.
• We value engineers who take the time to write clear code, explain their thinking, and help others understand how things work.

• Experience improving frontend performance and accessibility, especially for users on slower devices or networks.
• Familiarity with design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
• Exposure to testing tools like React Testing Library.
• Understanding of backend architecture and how frontend decisions affect system performance and security.
• Experience integrating AI features such as autocomplete, summarization, or image recognition.
• We appreciate people who notice the small details, care about how things feel to users, and think about how their work fits into the larger system.
