About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, accessible, and user-friendly applications. Reporting directly to an Engineering Manager, you'll work independently on moderately complex projects, collaborate with senior engineers on larger initiatives, and mentor junior team members. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful products while growing your technical and leadership skills.
You Will:
- Develop and deliver complex features and medium-sized projects with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and make informed technical decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible applications (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Act as a go-to team contributor for debugging and problem-solving.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Improve code quality and workflows through refactoring, standards, and best practices.
You Have:

- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in: React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js.
- Experience with CSS-in-JS, component libraries/design systems, Storybook, and accessibility standards.
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience with UX design tools like Figma
- Familiarity with API design and integration (REST, GraphQL)
- Understanding of security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with respect for diverse perspectives.
- Experience with current development technologies, methodologies and workflows including CI/CD, Agile development (Scrum, JIRA), Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform, Docker.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
