Why We're Hiring for This Role
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a mid-level Software Engineer with around 2-4 years of experience to join our collaborative development team. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to deepen their technical skills, contribute to impactful projects, and grow within a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll help build and improve customer-facing features, support product evolution, and work alongside experienced engineers to solve meaningful challenges.
What You'll Work On:
- Collaborating on the integration of AI models into scalable, customer-facing features
- Tackling technical challenges and helping translate them into practical business solutions
- Contributing to projects using our current tech stack: Python, MySQL, React, AWS, Kubernetes
- Developing and maintaining features that enhance user experience and product performance
- Writing clean, testable code and participating in code reviews to ensure quality
- Working in an agile team with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and fellow developers
- Participating in the full development lifecycle—from feasibility analysis to release
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience with Python or a similar language in software development
- Ability to understand and improve existing codebases, including adding tests and updating frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing well-structured, maintainable code
- Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous programming patterns is a plus
- Experience documenting and maintaining software functionality to support team productivity
- Interest in building tools that support automation, testing, and deployment workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant software development experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian
- University Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Familiarity with our tech stack: Python, Kubernetes, React, MySQL, AWS
- Experience working in agile environments—ideally in startups or fast-moving tech teams
- Curiosity about AI technologies and a willingness to stay current with industry trends is a plus
