The Role:
Podium is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Brazil who is eager to make a real impact. We like to say we have “Sangue nos olhos” when it comes to helping our customers win, and we’re looking for engineers who share that same passion.
As a pivotal member of Podium's Dev. Workflow team in Brazil, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing how our engineers build and innovate! This role is all about creating and optimizing the internal tools and process flows that empower all development teams to operate with peak efficiency. You'll architect solutions that streamline everything from code commits to deployment, focusing on automation, developer experience, and continuous improvement across our global engineering organization. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver features faster and maintain our high standards of quality.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining robust, scalable systems that have a direct impact on the success of our products and the businesses we serve, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborating across teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to identify needs and create innovative AI solutions.
- Continuously improving the platform by implementing new AI features and technologies that enhance the user experience.
- Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, while staying ahead of trends in AI.
What You Should Have:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages.
- A passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.
What We Hope You Have:
- 4+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of large-scale systems.
- Proven ability to innovate and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions that shape the direction of a product.
