The Role
Job Description SummaryAs a Software Engineer on the Compute Platform Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our computer qualification labs. You’ll ensure that all hardware, software, and network systems function efficiently while contributing to the development and execution of automated tests for hardware platform qualification.
Our benchmarking and test infrastructure provides automated tools to evaluate hardware performance, validate integration stability, verify system requirements, and assess resource utilization. You’ll be part of a team driving the compute platforms behind the next generation of GE HealthCare imaging products.
The Compute Platform Team manages the full lifecycle of compute platforms used in GE Imaging systems—from collaborating with suppliers on emerging technologies to qualifying current platforms and ensuring long-term reliability in the field. The team also develops hardware/OS solutions, manages design changes, and enables early-stage system-level testing to accelerate product development.
**Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.**
