Position:
We are looking for a full time talented Software Engineer to join our team at VI-grade which is part of HBK’s Virtual Test Division. Your primary focus will be developing automotive applications for assisted and autonomous driving, based on Unreal Engine.
The role can be worked from home (from Udine, Turin or Milan) with regular visits to our site in Tavagnacco.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and complement project specifications with the team
Own implementation of new feature and maintenance of existing ones
Develop User Interface elements in Unreal Engine 5
Qualifications:
Knowledge of C++ and Python programming
Knowledge of Unreal Engine programming (Blueprint and C++)·Knowledge of real-time rendering technology
Knowledge of common development tools (git, DevOps, Visual Studio)
Knowledge of test automation methods
A passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work on interactive and real-time 3D projects
·Familiarity with simulation tools
Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink
Familiarity with Unreal Engine Chaos framework
Familiarity with esmini, SUMO or other agent simulation frameworks.
Knowledge of ASAM standard (openScenario / openDrive)
