A typical day might include the following:
- Participate in product design, development, introduction, and/or support activities crossing two or more technical disciplines*.
- Mentor and develop professional staff. May supervise as necessary.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in an engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years combined experience/knowledge in two or more technical disciplines*, including but not limited to the following: Software Engineering (SDLC), Full Stack Technologies (JavaScript/Typescript, React, C# .NET), Software design/testing, System design, Application engineering, Compliance
- Strong system-level product knowledge
- Experience in cross-functional product development teams

We anticipate filling this position as a Software Engineer $ $85,000 — $108,000
We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
