What You Will Deliver
- Design and develop cross-platform apps using Flutter & native technologies to cater to our Enterprise product needs, providing solutions for diverse user roles.
- Create the best user experience and impress our customers through mobile apps.
- Debug and prevent production issues of our apps.
- Explore new technology to enhance product possibilities in areas like geo-spatial, logistics, computer vision, and more.
- Continuously improve mobile apps in UI/UX, test coverage, erformance, and development efficiency.
- Compose and evolve mobile architecture and coding standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve the capability of our mobile apps.
- Build tools to enhance the productivity of the mobile team, enabling the frequent release of high-quality and well-architected apps.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in production-scale mobile software development, with a strong focus on cross-platform technologies, experience in native development for iOS or Android platforms is welcomed.
- You have experience in developing applications using Flutter is considered a significant advantage.
- You're familiar with mobile development methodologies, tools, and the Agile development life-cycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting.
- You have experience in writing well-structured, readable code, creating comprehensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code is essential.
- You have experience writing various types of tests including unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests using one or more testing frameworks.
- You're a proactive individual with a portfolio of unique, interesting, and well-built projects.
- You're pragmatic, with a robust adherence to style and convention.
- You enjoy collaborating with different subject matter experts and can think alongside designers, with experience optimizing applications for Material Design.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You're a designer at heart and can follow design specifications diligently.
