Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Levanta, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions that empower Amazon sellers to grow their businesses through our affiliate marketplace. At Levanta, our engineering team operates in a fast-paced and collaborative startup environment. As a key contributor, you'll take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to designing robust backend APIs. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-facing experiences, web services, and APIs.
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Collaborate with product and marketplace teams to build the best possible user experience
• Review and provide feedback on contributions from other members of the engineering team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience of engineering full-stack applications, with a deep understanding of Node.js, Typescript, and React
• You have spent time developing, automating, maintaining, and reviewing frontend and backend code.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are self-motivated and are able to drive a project to completion without a step-by-step guide

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior startup experience
• Experience with Next.JS, tRPC, Prisma, AWS
• Experience in the affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or ecommerce industry
