About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join our team, where you will collaborate closely with senior engineers to develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions. This role is perfect for an individual with 6–10 years of software engineering experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain backend APIs and services
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews and team discussions to enhance code quality and architecture.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices related to software development, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within the team, communicating clearly with peers and managers while contributing consistently to team success.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Kotlin, TypeScript).
- Familiarity with database concepts and API development.
- Some experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- An understanding of task goals, empathy for the customer, and a receptiveness to feedback are essential for success in this role.
