Salesforce Inc.  seeks a Software Engineer in Mountain View, CA:

Job Duties: Design and develop the company’s cloud platform. Deliver high-quality, scalable, production-ready back end/server code in Java, from design and development to deployment, as part of an Agile development team. Partner closely with a cross-functional team of key stakeholders to independently design and implement complex, business-critical systems.  Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on user needs and engineering/operational/business goals. Continuously learn and experiment to apply cutting-edge technology, software paradigms and engineering process improvements. Mentor other developers using expertise in software development, methodology and frameworks in areas such as quality, security, and scalability. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Software Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: 1. Java; 2. Message Queue; 3. Database; 4. AWS Data Warehousing; 5. Spring Boot; 6. MySQL; 7. Mybatis; and 8. System Design.  Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.

Salary: $172,931.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,931 to $188,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
