What You Bring:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services while contributing to frontend development as needed.
- Deploy and optimize applications in Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Optimize databases, improve performance, and ensure best practices in cloud-based architectures.
- Design and develop APIs that support AI-powered automation and conversational experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, product, and DevOps teams to build and scale applications.
- Integrate LangChain and LlamaIndex into AI-driven applications, enabling advanced LLM-powered workflows.
- Work with NLP models, AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), and vector databases for intelligent search and knowledge retrieval.
- Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.
Who We Are Searching For:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development skills in Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.
- Experience with full-stack development, including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, NLP, and AI-powered application development.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex (LainGraph), or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
- Experience integrating AI chatbots and automation tools into software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and software scalability.
- Experience with voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.).
- Background in SaaS, customer support automation, or AI-driven UX.
- Understanding of machine learning model training and optimization.
