About the RoleWe're seeking a passionate and curious Software Engineer to join our growing team in Stockholm. You'll play a crucial role in developing, scaling, and maintaining the core systems that deliver our product to clinicians. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to a product that is making a real difference in healthcare.
We're looking for someone who not only writes excellent code but also thinks critically about what to build and takes ownership of delivering impactful solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where speed and technical excellence are paramount.
What you will do:
Design and build robust data processing pipelines to transform raw audio into structured medical text.
Develop scalable APIs and task management systems that seamlessly integrate with clinicians' workflows.
Architect and optimize our cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP experience also interesting) to ensure reliability and performance.
Maintain and refine our databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
A strong product mindset with the ability to define, build, and ship impactful features end-to-end.
Proven experience building and deploying production-grade Python systems.
Strong programming skills in TypeScript and React.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and a focus on scalability and reliability (Kubernetes, Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP experience also considered).
A passion for technical excellence and a drive to deliver impactful solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in health-tech.
Experience building Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
Experience handling streaming audio and transcription.
