Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented position to work in our SDV Software Platform Development in Engineer-I position to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the Software requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based frameworks that support our IoV applications and services. You will work closely with senior engineers, design leads and cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our IoV cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of IoV cloud frameworks and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with senior engineers and design leads to develop and deploy cloud-based solutions, required test automation scripts development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or C#.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Basic understanding of AI models and Prompt Engineering is a plus.
- Understanding networking and security principles in a cloud environment.
- Good understanding of Database management using MySQL or any equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and disciplined in time management.
- Ability to work independently while provided proper direction.
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments is a plus.
Additionally, experience with PCs and application software, such as MS Office tools is also required.
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or IT.
Experience: 0-3 years of related experience. Previous related internships or co-ops a plus.
Working conditions:
- Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Travel: Domestic and international may be required as needed. The candidate will occasionally need to travel to multiple global locations to support project development.
