We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our Technology & Cloud Service Line. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that address complex challenges and meet client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for coding, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions to meet business and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and project reports.
- Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluid in English.
Nice to have/It is a plus:
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Exposure to machine learning or data analytics.
