We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for building scalable and reliable core services. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining systems that serve as the backbone of our platform, which supports various product teams and divisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical decisions and ensuring the high quality and performance of the services you help build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain core services that support multiple teams and product divisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure alignment across various teams.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of services.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Drive technical decision-making, ensuring the use of best practices and appropriate technologies.
- Quickly adapt to learning and integrating new languages, tools, and frameworks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
Requirements:
- Senior-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- C#
- Ruby
- Node.js
- PHP
- Strong adaptability in learning new programming languages and technologies.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of database management systems, both relational and NoSQL.
Salary: $90,000-$110,000
