This is a great time to join our Merchant Technology Crew, playing a pivotal role in this transformation from the start. You’ll get the chance to work with different squads and engineers, driving the shift left approach, influencing the move to API automation testing where you’ll design and code new automation frameworks.
Our team is responsible for the Merchant solutions platform within CBA, which supports various business groups dependent on our Merchant On-boarding, Host/Switching & Terminal capability. Our core activities primarily involve BAU and SWR/Project changes, as well as recurring compliance works. Our Quality Engineering and Testing (QE&T) vision is “Confidence Engineered into Every Product”. To achieve this, we are transforming to a continuous testing model and uplifting the full product lifecycle, supporting capabilities, people and technology.
If you’d love to be part of a transformation from the beginning, are passionate about coding and full cycle software engineering, and are experienced in automation testing / designing and creating frameworks from scratch – then this could be your next role.

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
