As a Service Operations Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers world-wide. Will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while troubleshooting technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Requirement
- 6-8 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of Core Java (1.7/1.8) and related tools.
- Strong SQL skillset is a must. Should be able to write and debug complex SQL queries working on relational and non-relational DBs
- Excellent understanding of concepts and fundamentals of Java and computer science including multi-threading, memory management and web services.
- Good understanding on Design Patterns, Design Principles, Data Structures
- Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, XML, JSON, Message Queues, databases – both relational and non.
- Experience working with large-scale production systems.
- Should be comfortable working with Agile development.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to have
- Telecom-related product experience
- Experience in Google cloud (or any other cloud) will be a plus
