Technology Collateral Enablement Group is looking for an Experienced Software Engineer to build Ruby / React / Python / Java based web hosted infrastructure to facilitate collation, categorization, search and distribution of technical information.
As a Software Engineer, you will partner with other software engineers on development and validation of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Analyzing current applications, their design and implementing enhancements
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and reduce complexity.
- Working with subject experts to ensure testing of the application is complete and error free

Qualifications:
You must possess minimum qualifications as listed below, to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years software development experience full stack application development framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Ruby on Rails is highly preferred.
- Expert in building web applications interfaces using React and Typescript.
- Proficient in building hybrid systems using RoR, React, Python, Java.
- Proficient in using GitHub and creating automation using CICD/actions.
- Proficient in Docker containerization setup and deployment strategies.
- In-depth knowledge on modeling text and parametric data for display and analysis.
- Knowledgeable in data munging for manipulating language models, and statistical networks.
- Knowledgeable of best practices for designing interfaces for customers where data entry, display and visualization is key.
- Knowledgeable in using 3rd party API like MS365 Graph API.
- Knowledgeable in basic security aspects of shared data on web applications.
