Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and operate the resilient and high-availability infrastructure which runs Aurora's forecast models
- Build tools and platforms that empower engineers, modellers, and analysts across the business
- Contribute to continuously improving how our platform team works
- Create the agent and compute platforms that power Aurora
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least two years professional Python or TypeScript experience in a commercial, team‑based software environment
- Experience building and maintaining infrastructure with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- You write automated tests as a normal part of your work, and you automate repeated tasks
- Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises environments, including Ansible playbooks for server configuration and patch management
- Genuine interest in the transformation of energy markets and infrastructure
- A relevant degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science
