So, what’s the role all about?

As a Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of building NICE’s next‑generation Workforce Management platform - an advanced cloud‑native solution enhanced with intelligent, AI‑powered capabilities. 

In this role, you will build full‑stack features, orchestrate AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows, and deliver innovative AI‑driven features directly to customers. 
You’ll work in a fast‑paced, agentic environment where experimentation, ownership, and initiative are not just encouraged—they’re expected.

  • Drive engineering excellence through AI‑augmented workflows and agentic development patterns. 
  • Develop end to end cloud features on top of AWS. 
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance. 
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Champion continuous improvement and high‑velocity delivery in an innovative, fast‑moving environment 

Have you got what it takes?

  • Computer Science B.Sc./B.E/B.Eng 
  • GPA of at least 85 
  • 1-4 years of experience 
  • AI‑augmented development, including MCP servers 
  • Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts 
  • Knowledge in Client/Server-side oriented software systems 
  • Experience in working with cloud (SAAS) environments 
  • Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Fluent English 

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Implemented AI/LLM agentic systems 
  • Experience in coding in JavaScript/angular 
  • Leading skills, specifically with agile methodologies/scrum

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent B.Sc., B.E., or B.Eng.
  • Minimum GPA of 85
  • 1–4 years of software engineering experience
  • Experience with AI-augmented development, including MCP servers
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design concepts
  • Knowledge of client-side and server-side software systems
  • Experience working in cloud or SaaS environments
  • Self-motivation, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience implementing AI or LLM agentic systems
  • Experience coding with JavaScript or Angular
  • Leadership skills and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
