We're looking for a Mid/Senior Software Engineer with strong Python and React skills who enjoys working across the full stack — from backend services and databases to frontend interfaces. In this role, you'll take ownership of features end-to-end.

You Will Be:
- Developing and maintaining backend services using Python and frontend features with React
- Designing and managing database schemas
- Writing and maintaining functionality tests
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Working with Docker containers and AWS infrastructure
- Proposing UI/UX solutions when dedicated design resources are unavailable
- Communicating with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
You Will Need:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Proficiency in Python (Flask) and experience with React/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of UI/UX principles to deliver clean and functional interfaces
- Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset, knows when to dig in and when to reach out
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Verbal and written fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with .NET or Java
- Experience working with Docker
- Knowledge of Azure AD or similar authentication solutions
