Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support and maintain business-critical applications across Peru and Argentina. This role is responsible for ensuring application stability, operational continuity, and the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Ensure the stability, availability, and operational continuity of business-critical applications.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through ServiceNow, meeting agreed service levels.
Provide application support for billing, JD Edwards, branch operations, and other core business systems across Peru and Argentina.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues in .NET-based environments.
Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
Maintain and enhance legacy applications using .NET, Oracle Database, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Participate in testing, deployments, release validations, and post-production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures, test evidence, incident records, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with business users and global engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver continuous improvements.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in a multinational environment.
Experience with .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Oracle Database, and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of SQL, application troubleshooting, and production support.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident and request management.
Understanding incidents, problems, and change management processes.
Familiarity with web technologies and integrations (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript).
Experience in testing, release validation, and technical documentation.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
Work Shift
