Software EngineerJob Description****Responsibilities****
- Perform full lifecycle software development (design, develop, test prototypes, debug and implement) for equipment across multiple product lines.
- Develop and maintain software tools for Brooks equipment by working with engineering teams in Germany or in Taiwan.
- Collaborate with application engineers to define specifications for developing software features that help users to identify and resolve domain-specific problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed software applications.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability of the software.
- Respond to emergencies and manage changes from customer side.
- Cross functional discussion and collaboration.
- Travel to customer cleanrooms for installations and onsite troubleshooting.

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience writing Desktop application in .Net environment
- In depth knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably C++, C#), and Visual Studio IDE.
- Advanced level in C# .Net, WPF
- Intermediate level in SQL and Linq
- Experience in semiconductor industry and knowledge of SEMI standards.
- Experience with the Agile methodology and tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Confluence.
