Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Northern Virginia! You'll join a small, agile team focused on building and supporting scalable solutions that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service operations. This hands-on role combines Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with full-stack software engineering, requiring ownership of solution design, development, integrations, and production support across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Build scalable enterprise applications using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure services, and modern web technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across CRM, databases, and integrated systems while driving long-term solutions.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or comparable CRM platforms), including customization and integration.
- Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, Azure services, and modern application development practices.
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
