Role Summary
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications and digital solutions that enable business transformation. The role requires strong technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of solution delivery, collaboration with business stakeholders, and the ability to drive innovation through modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Own feature delivery from requirements through deployment and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure code quality, security, reliability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and engineering productivity initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and support operational excellence.
