The Nokia Assurance Center, a multi-vendor assurance solution, utilizes a modern cloud-native approach and leverages Bell Labs AI and ML technology alongside Nokia Orchestration Center to enable automated operations within Nokia's Digital & Operations Center.
We are seeking R&D Engineers to join our dynamic team developing cutting-edge solutions for Autonomous Networks, preferably with a SW background including AIOPs/MLOps knowledge.
ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our innovative and high-performing development team, you will be involved in the stages of the development lifecycle:
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design
- Implementation, Testing and Deployment

Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in some of the following key skills, along with a willingness to grow and develop expertise in areas you may not yet be experienced in:
- Proficiency in Java, shell, and Python languages.
- Practical knowledge of Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Test automation tools (e.g. Robot framework, Cucumber)
- Familiarity with Cloud native containers/framework (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
It would be nice if you also had:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment, following Agile development methodologies
- Problem-solving mindset and debugging skills
- Ability to work under pressure
