The Role
We invite you to join us for an exciting and rewarding experience as a Software Engineer in Test. This lead role will facilitate and maintain the partner integrations that help power our platform. You should know how to coordinate multiple concurrent projects under strict deadlines, while being flexible enough to react to changing circumstances and details. This person should also be a hands-on problem solver, comfortable with tech and data, and approach each project with a service mindset. You will play a critical role in establishing and certifying technical integrations, as well as oversee the health and improvement of those integrations over time.
What You'll Do

  • Design and implement automated test for Nativo Platform products using python, javascript and other tools
  • Own coding internal tools such as automation framework and continue to develop internal automation tools
  • Own and advocate for product and code quality
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test suites using programming languages such as Python
  • Influence and drive operational excellence best practices within the organization
  • Responsible for analyzing business requirements and creating test plans/test data to ensure that source to target business logic is implemented as expected.
  • Review acceptance criteria for the user stories & ensure required test coverage
  • Write and maintain software test cases and documentation for new
  • Troubleshoot and analyze new features ensure accuracy and detect issues and inaccuracies
  • Contribute to internal documentation for troubleshooting, workflows, and integration guides
  • Perform functional, usability, performance and load test for various components and projects in web/mobile domain
  • Drive test planning efforts, and participate in spec and design review, providing insights based on product knowledge and end user interaction


What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of work experience in software development and quality assurance
  • A track record of running projects in agile environments, leading complex projects, and collaborating across departments.
  • Familiarity programming technology, especially SQL and database platforms, as well as JavaScript and Python.
  • SQL experience and experience with creating sample test-data from large data-sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar technical field is a strong plus.

Additional Information
Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $102,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years' experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
