The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
- Works with moderate guidance
- Analyzes and improves tools, systems, and processes
- Resolves moderately difficult issues and manages recurring tasks
- Accountable for process efficiency and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For:
- Associate degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or data analysis.
Skills Required
- Associate degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or data analysis
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, and networking
- Ability to work the weekly 8am-5pm EST schedule
- Willingness to participate in on-site emergency support when needed
