ERG is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Software Engineer to independently develop and lead software projects focused on microservices architecture, Python programming, and cloud solutions.
Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using microservices architecture
- Bridge the gap between architectural vision and practical implementation
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications (Python and Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Prepare technical design documents and specifications
- Conduct technical reviews of software design packages created by others to ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations, as well as end-user requirements
- Support the software development process from concept through delivery of the completed solution
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other stakeholders, both internal and external, and the development team (e.g., engineering department, IT department)
- Serve as a technical lead in product impact division
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering is required; 10+ years is preferred
- At least five years of experience with microservices architecture and Python programming
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions
- Highly proficient in design patterns, software architecture principles and dev-tooling
- Ability to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
