The product combines software rich in complex capabilities and diverse hardware components.
What you'll be doing:
- Working in a team that deals with combined development of software features and features related to the worlds of hardware.
- Leading complex technical activities involving several company disciplines.
- Identifying and promoting refactoring and infra when needed.
- Promote\empower expertise\skills of technology domains in the team.
- Brings new technologies and knowledge from outside and inside the organization, be a knowledge center in the team.
- Communicate and challenge areas of design, code and plans.
- Participate in cross team synchronization on the product level and collaborate with diverse interfaces.
What you should have?
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Excellent object-oriented programming and software design skills
- Excellent software development, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with good communication, social and empowerment skills
- Working in an Agile environment
- Self-learning and understanding complex systems ability
- Highly organized, creative and innovative
- High English level
Advantage
- A proven experience as software development tech lead
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a leading university or equivalent
- Experience in Dot Net and C#
- Experience as a SW developer in multi-disciplinary products
- Working in a global company or large-scale High-tech company
