About the Role
We're seeking an experienced SRE DevOps Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, leveraging DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
What You Will Do
1. DevOps and SRE Practices: Implement and maintain DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.
2. Containerization and Orchestration: Design, develop, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement monitoring tools and strategies to detect and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability and reliability.
4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and reproducibility across environments.
5. Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS or Azure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability. (Azure preferred)
What You Need to Be Successful
1. Technical Skills:
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies and serverless computing.
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
2. Cloud Experience:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and their respective services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures.
3. Infrastructure as Code:
- Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools, managing infrastructure as code.
- Ability to write efficient and scalable code.
4. Problem-Solving and Collaboration Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
