Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Engineer Specialists in Jacksonville, FL to work closely with product owners, customers, business analysts and team members to gather and analyze business requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions. Work in Value Stream Model by leading a team for a journey in Digital Banking platform. Review product Roadmap with Business and review the new features to be added to the product in Compliance, Broad Value Generating areas. Participate in the full systems life cycle including Product Increment Planning, designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Maintain, test, and integrate different application components. Conduct product demos with stakeholders including Product and Technical teams and incorporate the feedback. Suggest technical ways/solutions to the team to maintain and enhance the performance of the application. Work with Application Penetration Testing team and review any security vulnerabilities reported. Troubleshoot issues in production, Security risks remediation, mitigate the vulnerabilities reported by BugBounty, Checkmarx and Blackduck scans. Develop, enhance, and maintain financial services software applications including e-Banking products and develop software utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio, InetlliJ IDEA, SQL Developer, DBVisualizer and Low Code Development (LCD). Collaborate on development projects using Git and Jenkins. Utilize database design technologies including Oracle and support software development lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing Scrum, Safe Agile, and waterfall methodologies. Design REST APIs using IFX model. Utilize Web Services, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, XSLT, XPath, and HTML. J2EE, Java, JDK 1.11, Enterprise Java Beans, MDB, JBOSS server, Spring, Spring Boot, Eclipse, Core Metrics, Maven, OpenShift, Bitbucket, Hibernate and JPA.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: developing, enhancing, and maintaining financial services software applications including Digital Banking products; participating in the full systems life cycle including designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software; developing software utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio, InetlliJ IDEA, Eclipse, J2EE, Java, JDK, Web Services, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, XSLT, XPath, and HTML, Enterprise Java Beans, MDB, JBOSS server, Spring, Spring Boot and Maven; utilizing responsive user interface design for desktop and mobile form factors using a Low Code Development technology; collaborating on development projects using Git, Maven and Jenkins; utilizing database design technologies including Oracle; and supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing Scrum, Agile, and waterfall. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field and one year of information technology experience to meet the educational requirement.
