What you will be doing -

• Following best practices / methodologies thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design/development process and providing innovative solutions 

• Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks involving multiple technologies. 

• Works with Tech Leads to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently, meets business requirements, stays within scope, and is delivered on time 

• Responsible for writing technical documents. 

• Continually improve quality of development team deliverable 

• Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively. 

• Participate in production deployment of the application components that needs to be implemented. 

• Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Have to write the High-level design for the enhancements
• Involve in performance improvements, debug the critical defect and provide the proper solution.
• Mentor juniors, 
• Requirement Gathering and feasibility analysis and provide the solutions
• Development and unit testing for the complex modules
• Application support whenever required.
• Low level design review and code review
• Preparation of deployment plan of application
• Work with PO/PM to gather requirements
• Participate in all the cadence of Value Stream.

Qualifications -

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Competencies

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.

• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.

• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.

• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
