We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our People team and help us rethink how HR works through technology. You’ll be at the intersection of engineering and people analytics, building scalable, automated, and reliable solutions that transform HR processes end to end.
- Lead and execute the mapping and redesign of HR processes;
- Identify operational risks and process bottlenecks;
- Define automation standards and process architecture;
- Develop end-to-end automation solutions for HR processes;
- Eliminate parallel controls and manual dependencies;
- Ensure scalability, stability, and maintainability of solutions;
- Develop services and scripts for workflow orchestration;
- Implement automated validations, exception handling, and monitoring;
- Ensure version control, code quality, and technical documentation.
What you need to shine in this role
- Solid experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Engineer / Integration Engineer;
- Strong proficiency in: Python / JavaScript / SQL;
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs;
- Version control using Git;
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Power Automate);
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with HR platforms and processes;
- Ability to translate labor regulations and business rules into technical logic;
- UX applied to processes and services (not UI-focused).
