- Have experience or interest in the search space and/or index generation and index serving
- Can create innovative search solutions that meet evolving customer requirements
- Are quick learners and can demonstrate the ability to trade-off optimization, complexity and time to ship
- Has knowledge and experience in using and designing distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs and consumption experiences
- Strict adherence to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation
- Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security
- 3+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting
- 1+ years of experience working on large scale search systems
- Experience using C#, .NET, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases and cloud storage/processing
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field

- The base pay for this position is $94,000 to $153,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
