Core Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop: Collaborate with product team members to design and build end-to-end applications.
- Security & Privacy: Engineer products to meet the highest security and data privacy standards, following LEGO Group principles.
- Testing: Ensure product robustness by writing and executing unit and integration tests.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with end-users, external partners, and other stakeholders to enable self-serviceable products.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build, maintain, and optimize product infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation principles.
- Collaborate in an agile development environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuously improve workflows and processes by embracing an agile mindset and fostering team collaboration.

The Supply & Demand Technology team builds and innovates global Digital solutions for the
entire supply chain in the LEGO Group, which are vital to delivering great play experiences.
We handle massive and fast-changing amounts of data, and our products are the foundation for
planning the supply, production, and distribution of LEGO® products globally. Our solutions
essentially impact all our factories as well as our entire supply chain.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in software development within one or more SAP technologies:
- SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP BTP.
- Strong collaboration skills with end-users and stakeholders.
- Thrives in a cooperative environment from ideation to deployment.
- Enjoys working in a diverse, flexible, and inspiring workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and people skills with a proactive engagement approach.
