Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Global Consumer Services
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that enable world-class customer service experiences. This role will be hands-on, contributing to enhancements, integration, and application support across Salesforce Service Cloud and related platforms. The ideal candidate combines solid technical expertise with a practical, solution-oriented mindset and enjoys collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud capabilities.
- Build high-quality custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows, following platform best practices and coding standards.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to support complex service processes.
- Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and Apex to streamline service workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
- Ensure all configurations and customizations adhere to Salesforce security and compliance standards, including field-level security, object-level access, and data visibility rules.
- Participate in code reviews and configuration reviews to ensure solution quality, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability.
Application Support & Enhancements
- Participate in release management activities including sandbox management, deployments, and post-release validation.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution documentation.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment across time zones.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering enhancements and supporting Salesforce applications in a production environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
