Baker Hughes Digital is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work on a number of exciting projects that will have a very positive impact on Baker Hughes' business.

You will be responsible for programming a feature and or a small feature set for our Customer Experience Management platform used for optimizing customer experiences, analyzing VOC & case management. You will contribute to the team and works with direction from the Senior Team Members or management but works independently.

As Software Engineer – Salesforce, Clarabridge/Qualtrics and Opinator, you will be responsible for

• Acting as a member of the Software Center of Excellence, representing the face of high-quality design and development practices.
• Working with Product Line Leaders to understand product requirements & vision.
• Translating requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.
• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
• Writes codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
• Data Management: Working on core data structures and algorithms. Manage and monitor data flows from Salesforce, SAP ERP, Oracle ERP to the business application via the ODI and manage the transfer of flat files through SFTP.
• System Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the application, SFTP processes, and data integrations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, data accuracy, and the timely delivery of surveys.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and compliance.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes.
• Have experience on technical design and development on Salesforce, Classic, Lightning, Visual Force, Apex, Flows and integration techniques.
• Have an experience with data integration technologies (ODI, Data Lake, SFTP)
• Have an experience with platforms like Clarabridge/Qualtrics and Opinator will be an added advantage.
• Good to have an Object-oriented programming with at least one of the following object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python)
