Job Description:
As a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing applications mainly for agriculture industry. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and innovation within this critical sector, helping us to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and stakeholder requirements.
What you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing complex software applications and related programs
- Applying deep knowledge of current programming languages and technologies to write and debug code
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Engaging in Scrum Ceremonies and sharing insights on both the functional and technical aspect of the application
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement tasks and features based on requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- 2-4 years of experience in software development
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Next.js, React functional components, Tailwind, NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB), Relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), Node.js and Typescript
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and OOP and their practical application
- Experience with Redux or React Context is a plus
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Solid understanding of source control and versioning using Git
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with Clean Architecture or Domain Driven Design is a plus
- Proficiency in implementing GoF design patterns is a plus
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, Workshop is a plus

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 70,000 and PHP 100,000 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
