We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a pioneering mindset - curious, motivated, and eager to make a real impact through their work.
You’ll work closely with the engineering and product team to ship features, scale systems, and push the limits of what technology can do.

Responsibilities
- Make intentional contributions to a safe, reliable and scalable software system
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience & own problems end to end
- Uphold best practices in code quality, testing CI/CD and the release process
What you'll work with
- Frontend: TypeScript, Svelte
- Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Sveltekit
- Infra: AWS, LLMs, GCP
- Tooling: GitHub, Terraform, LangChain, LangFuse, LangSmith
- Bonus: Python, CI/CD, DevOps exposure
You'll be a good fit if you
- Worked professionally shipping production grade code
- Deep experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern dev practices
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Clear communicator with a builder mindset
- Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or ML/LLM tooling
- Experience using claude code or other agentic coding assistants, while being mindful of their pitfalls
Strong candidates may have
- Taken a software product from zero to one in a highly regulated environment
- Delivered solutions to large enterprise customers in a way that works with overall product strategy
- Masted the use of claude code to streamline their work, while maintaining quality, reliability and safety
