Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
For everyone, everywhere.
More about our mission and what we offer.
Job DescriptionThe Payin Platform team owns the layer that powers money entering Wise. We abstract payment methods such as ACH, Apple Pay, Open Banking, and Bank Transfer into shared services and APIs, so product teams build on one reliable platform instead of solving the same problems again and again. We handle high-volume transactions at scale, where correctness and reliability are non-negotiable.
As part of the team, you will build and improve the platform capabilities that many other Wise domains rely on, such as payment sessions and payment-method abstractions. You will contribute to shaping how we solve problems, help move work forward towards clear, shippable milestones, and design clean, well-documented APIs for payment processing. Across everything you touch you will care about system correctness and reliability, and you will take an active part in code review, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Wise Offices
Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
