We’re winning great customers away from industry incumbents… And we’re now searching for an impact-driven Software Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team - to drive the delivery of multi-channel (chat, mail, voice) GenAI solutions via integrations with our own Zowie X2 Engine (getzowie.com/x2) and help our customers unlock maximum value from our highly extendable product.

Delivering great customer service automatically, in a way that reflects a particular company’s business processes, takes into account its knowledge base, and respects its brand’s tone is not easy. It requires quality integrations, advanced configuration tools, clear onboarding experiences, and fostering thoughtful engineering best practices.
These are the challenges you will be facing as the Software Engineer joining our Solutions Engineering. Are you ready to be at the forefront of delivering real-world, high-impact AI solutions?
What you will do:
- Implement custom AI solutions that answer the specific needs of our customers
- Develop tools that help us onboard more customers faster
- Be a bridge between business and technology - dive deep into business needs, understand processes, find improvement opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions
- Work with customers’ technical teams to prepare specifications for dedicated integrations
- Build dedicated integrations between the Zowie platform and customers’ systems (e.g. e-commerce platforms, communication channels, data sources, CRMs)
- Promote technical excellence and engineering best practices within the team
Ideally, you’ll bring with you:
- Strong coding skills in Node.js and great understanding of web technologies
- Great communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple terms
- High proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Passion for delivering customer value
- Great problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership and autonomy
